How do I cancel my Chive+ subscription?

If you subscribed on iOS, manage cancellation through Apple's subscription settings: open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Chive, and tap Cancel Subscription. If you subscribed on the web, open Chive, go to Settings → Subscription, and use the billing portal link.

How do I delete my account?

Open Chive, go to Settings → Account, and tap Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes your pantry, history, and personal data. If you run into any trouble, email support@chive-app.com.

I have a feature request or bug report.

We'd love to hear it. Email support@chive-app.com with a short description and, if it's a bug, the steps to reproduce. Screenshots help.

Where are my data and photos stored?

Your account data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) in the United States. Photos and other media are stored in Supabase Storage. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. For the full story, see our Privacy Policy.

Refunds

iOS subscription refunds are handled by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web subscription refunds within 14 days of purchase, email support@chive-app.com.
