Pantry & expiry reminders
Customers can keep track of delivery ingredients and get a timely nudge to use them.
Chive is a kitchen and pantry app that helps people figure out what they can cook with what they have.
With our food box integration, customers can add each box to their pantry with one scan, unlocking recipe ideas, meal planning, and more.
Chive connects your food box with the rest of a customer’s kitchen, their recipes, and their grocery list, so fresh food is easier to use while it is still at its best.

This is not a limited trial that leaves people with another bill. The core produce-box experience stays free during a pilot and after it.
Customers can keep track of delivery ingredients and get a timely nudge to use them.
Your recipes remain available, and Chive can help customers find ideas from what is already in the kitchen.
Households can finish their dinner plan and shop together without duplicating what they already have.
Your recipes can be organized around the ingredients that actually arrived, alongside the rest of a customer’s kitchen.
Chive can help customers turn the actual contents of a delivery and their existing pantry into practical meal ideas.
The customers who use the whole box are the ones who stay.
You already send food people are glad to get. Chive helps them get all the way to dinner with it, which is the difference between a good delivery and a weekly habit. You get a branded touchpoint every week instead of one at signup, your recipes in the kitchen where they are actually useful, and customers who reach the end of the week with an empty crisper.
A four-week pilot, one box run a week, shaped around your delivery, your customer touchpoints, and the information you already send. It is a short first run, not a new system for your team to manage.
We learn what goes into a delivery, how you share contents, and whether you include recipes.
With your input, we will set up a clear QR insert, a simple customer explanation, and a practical way for that week’s box to enter Chive.
Customers opt in and scan the QR code to add their delivery to Chive. We take care of the app experience from there.
If Chive is useful for your customers, the core delivery workflow remains free. There is no partner fee, during the pilot or after, and customers keep their pantry, delivery recipes and ideas, expiry reminders, and shared grocery list.
There is no hidden catch. Chive is new, and we believe a useful customer experience is the best way for people to discover it. We ask for honest feedback while we learn, never a customer list, contract, or obligation to continue.
No. We will start with a short conversation and shape a small, contained first run around your delivery, customer communications, and what will be easiest for your team.
The core delivery experience stays free, including pantry, delivery recipes and ideas, expiry reminders, and grocery list. Chive+ is optional and only adds advanced personal features, such as unlimited social-media recipe imports and unlimited Chive-generated recipes.
We would love to share the app with you in advance so you can test it yourself and decide whether it feels like a good fit for your customers.
We want to know what works for you. If there’s a good fit, we will shape a contained pilot around what you already do, then support the setup alongside you.
